SERVICE AGREEMENT
1.Pet Waste Removal – Poop Patrol Hereby Agrees To Remove Pet Waste From Client’s Service Address. Removal Of The Waste Will Occur On A Designated Day Of The Week And On A Frequency As Agreed To By Client And Poop Patrol. Poop Patrol Or Client Reserve The Right To Change The Assigned Day With Sufficient Notice (At Least 24 hours Prior). The Client Acknowledges And Agrees To Allow Poop Patrol Personnel Access To Service Address Property For The Act Of Pet Waste Removal.
2.Billing – An Invoice For The Prior Month’s Service Will Be Sent Or Left At The Service Address After The Last Service Date Or The Last Day Of The Month. This Invoice Will Be Due On The Day Of The Final Service Call Of The Month, Unless Prior Payment Arrangements Have Been Made. There Is A $35 Returned Check Fee For Checks Returned. Invoices May Be Delivered Electronically (Email Or Text), By USPS Mail, Or Left At Service Property Address In An Area Designated By Client. If Delinquency Occurs, Late Charges May Be Added To The Total Of The Invoice. An Account May Be Suspended If More Than 14 Days Overdue. If Service Is Suspended Due To Non-Payment, All Monies Owed Become Immediately Due In Full.
3.Collection Of Unpaid Bills – If A Bill Becomes More Than 30 Days Late, Poop Patrol Reserves The Right To Pursue Collection. If An Account Becomes Suspended Due To Lack Of Payment, Additional Fees Will Be Added: An Administration Fee Of $40.00, A Collection Fee of $40.00, And Late Fees. Charges For Late Fees Are: 1-5 Days ($0) 6-10 Days ($5) 11-15 Days ($7) 16+ Days ($2/Day). Lates Fees Are Calculated From The Date The Account Is Suspended. All Applicable Fees Will Be Added If Account Is Sent Through Smalls Claims Court.
4a.Dogs – All Dogs Will Be Placed Away From The Service Area During The Service Time Or Must Be Comfortable With Strangers In Their Yard. If Poop Patrol Is Unable To Provide Service Due To A Dog Being In The Service Area, The Client Will Still Be Charged The Normal Rate For The Waste Removal Service.
4b.Cats - Dirty cat pan(s) with lid(s) will be placed outside the front door or other designated location on the morning of the scheduled exchange. The technician will collect dirty pan(s) with lid(s) and leave fresh pan(s) with lid(s). If pan(s) are not out when technician arrives a $5 redelivery charge will be charge for each pan to be collected at a second visit
5.Access To Service Area – It Is The Client’s Responsibility To Assure Uninhibited Access To The Service Area. If The Area Is Not Accessible During The Service Day, The Client Will Be Charged The Normal Fee For That Days Waste Removal. Accessibility To Service Area Includes But Is Not Limited To, Reasonably Functioning Gates, Well Behaved or Properly Restrained Dogs, Reasonable Pass Through Space. Client Will Not Hold Poop Patrol LLC or Poop Patrol Personnel Responsible For Damage to Unmaintained or Poor Condition Gates, Fences, And/Or Property.
6.High Grass, Leaves, And Snow/Mud – The Client Is Responsible For Keeping The Grass At A Reasonable Level And To Keep The Leaves Picked Up In The Service Area. Poop Patrol Will Not Return If Waste Is Missed Due To Overgrown Grass Or Un-Raked Leaves. If The Service Area Is Covered In Snow, Poop Patrol Personnel May Cancel/Reschedule The Service Without Charge To The Client. If The Client Determines That The Service Yard is Unserviceable Due To Snow, The Client May Cancel/Reschedule Service Without Charge With Prior Notice (24 Hours Prior To Appointment). The Same Applies For Service Areas That Are Deemed To Muddy To Effectively Be Serviced.
7.Inclement Weather – If Weather Conditions Prevent Poop Patrol From Servicing On The Assigned Day, No Charge Will Be Incurred And Poop Patrol Will Attempt To Schedule A Make-Up Day For That Same Week.
8.Cancellation Of Service – Poop Patrol Or The Client May Cancel Service At Any Time And For Any Reason. It Is The Client’s Responsibility To Cancel Service Before Their Next Scheduled Service Date. The Full Service Fee Will Be Due Should The Client Fail To Do So And Poop Patrol Arrives To Perform The Service. Any Monies Due By Client Are Due Within 5 Business Days From Cancellation Date. Any Monies Due To The Client Will Be Returned Within 10 Business Days Of Service Cancellation Date.
